While in grammar school I had the opportunity to listen to  the legendary Chicago radio station BMX. The new music that was playing people were calling HOUSE.  Even at such a young age I knew this House Music would change how music would be made but had no idea the impact it would eventually make on me.

Years later  two good friends were getting into DJ'n.  I had NO interest. I just enjoyed listening to the music while waiting for them to finish so we could go do something else.

I reluctantly tried DJ'n. At first, it seemed almost impossible to beat match (blending two songs in perfect sync).  But I liked the idea of being able to play the songs I liked, in the order I wanted to hear them.  I kept practicing. I started enjoying it. And I fell in love.

 The ability to blend songs that I enjoyed, creating new sounds, and eventually watching the crowds move to what I was doing, got me HOOKED!

I started with turntables, then went to CD players, and then MIDI controllers.   I enjoy spinning with ANYTHING I can get my hands on.   Luckily because of technology, I am able to go back full circle to using my turntables.  I just don't have to carry heavy crates of records any more!  lol

Doing what I love, and watching people have a great time at their event because of it, has truly made this a fun adventure.  I look forward to having a good time with you!
